PURPOSE:To obtain the oxide superconducting magnetic coil having high mechanical strength by a method wherein, after the protruding part provided on one substrate on which the material containing one or more kinds of element constituting A-B-Cu-O oxide along the circuit pattern to be formed, and the recessed part of the other substrate on which the material containing the remaining element have been fitted together, heat treatment and the like is conducted thereon. CONSTITUTION:One substrate 2, having a protruded part on the surface along the circuit pattern to be formed and composed of the material containing at least one or more kinds of all the elements having the protruded part and constituting an A-B-Cu-O oxide, and other substrate 4, having a recessed part to be fitted to the above-mentioned protruded part and, among all the elements which constitute the A-B-Cu-O oxide on the surface and composed of the material containing all the elements other than the elements contained in the above- mentioned substrate 2, are used. At least on one surface of one substrate 2 and the other substrate 4, a superconducting nonformation part 7, with which the growth of the superconducting body will be prevented, is formed along the above-mentioned protruded part and the recessed part, and after the substrates have been coupled and fitted together, heat-treatment is conducted, and a superconducting circuit 9 is grown on the part excluding the superconducting non-formation part 7. |
