An air spring of a suspension system for a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort by changing a spring constant according to the loading state of the vehicle. An air spring of a suspension system for a vehicle comprises a first air spring(12) having a first air bellows(10), a second air spring(20) and an opening and closing valve(24). The first air bellows comprises a protector(14) and is disposed at the upper portion of a piston(8) provided with a bumper stopper(6). The second air spring is formed by allowing the piston to have a hollow section therein. The opening and closing valve is disposed at a through hole(22) that allows the first air spring to communicate with the second air spring. The opening and closing valve allows the first air spring to selectively communicate with the second air spring through an operation of a switch(26) provided at a driver seat. |
