A mechanical pencil having plural lead storing chambers is provided to store leads sufficiently without carrying a lead case and to charge a lead fixing unit with one lead. In a mechanical pencil having plural lead storing chambers, a lead fixing unit(100) settles leads. A lead supply chamber(200) is produced in the shape of storing the leads and formed with a lead insert hole for inserting the lead from the outside, at the lateral side. An opened lower end of the lead supply chamber is coupled to the lead fixing unit. A lead supplementing unit is formed in the shape of surrounding the lateral side of the lead supply chamber, rotated for the lead supply chamber, and provided with a plurality of partitions arranged in a longitudinal direction of the lead supply chamber. |
