The pumping mortar for molding around doors or windows by a low power pump of 500-2000 watts using a pumping hose less than 50 mm, comprises a composition incorporating a building mortar mixed with polycarboxylate ethers and viscosity regulating polymers and added with 10% of water of the final mixture and smoked silica or powdery ash. Accelerating admixtures are added by replacing a portion of water for mixing. Surfactant or foam is added to create microbubbles and facilitate its crushing by a peristaltic pump of 150 mm diameter. An independent claim is included for a process of obtaining a mixture for pumping mortar.
