FIELD: production methods. ^ SUBSTANCE: gas containing the harmful emissions, is feeded to combined block through nipple 2 to primary chamber 1. At this point the gas steam contacted with the layer of sorbent 6, which has origin of mixture of natural glauconite and schungite. Cleaned from hard particles and harmful emissions, gas is feeding through perforated plate 5 and joins to main chamber 3. In main chamber 3 it is installed containers 7 with the layer of sorbate catalyser 8. The sorbate catalyser consists of the mixture of prepeared glauconite and schungite. For this the natural glauconite and schungite is deposited in different galvanic-mud, mixing during 3 hours, watering and drying. ^ EFFECT: it is exceeded the temperature regime during gas emission filtration and it is increased the speed of decomposition of harmful substances. ^ 10 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
