FIELD: mechanic, energetic. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat power industry, in particularity to generating of electricity and utilization of overworked in turbine gases. The process of utilization is done in gas-liquid heating element or/and deaerator-heater of the feeding water and in gas-liquid heater of the net water. The odd heat energy of the gas is used for overheating the industrial steam bleeding, leaving from blading section of steam turbine, but also for heating low-temperature (wet) vapor, coming in the blading section of the steam turbine, for example, the cylinder of low and intermediate pressure.
