EXAMPLE:Diphenylmethyl (6S,7S)-7-[2-(2-tritylaminothiazol-4-yl)-2- methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-(1-pyrrolidinyl)methyl-DELTA<3>-0-2-isocephem -4-carboxylate. USE:The compound exhibits superior antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and dextrose-non-fermenting bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III is reacted with a thioacetamide compound expressed by formula IV at -10-50 deg.C for 1-10hr to afford the aimed derivative. |
