PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of irregularities in printing density by setting a distance between a printing head and a printing paper with a head pin projected. CONSTITUTION:A printing paper 10 is set to a platen 3, and a head pin 1 of a printing head 2 is projected to print on the printing paper 10 through an ink ribbon 11. At this time, the rotation of a motor 12 is transmitted to a gear with built-in sliding clutch 6 never transmitting the rotation with more than a fixed frictional force with the head pin 1 of the printing head 2 projected, and a rear shaft 9 is rotated by an eccentric gear 5, whereby a carrier 4 acts to draw a circular arc about a main shaft 8. Therefore, a printing distance can be set according to the dispersion of the projection amount of the head pin 1 for every printing head 2 loaded on the carrier 4 or the thickness of the printing paper 10. |
