The invention relates to a damping device for braking mobile masses (4), for example, drawers, doors, flaps or the like. The aim of the invention is to create a structurally simple device with few individual parts. In principle, one such damping device simply consists of a housing (5), a flat element (8) that consists of a polymer having rubber-elastic properties and is optionally embodied as a scroll spring, and a tongue (1) that can be moved back and forth into and out of the housing (5). |
