<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently cultivate a large amount of high-quality plant material, by subjecting tissue piece of plant to tissue culture by using a medium containing a substance to mobilize Ca<2+> in the cell. CONSTITUTION:Tissue piece of plant is subjected to tissue culture by using a medium containing a substance (preferably phospholipid such as phosphatidic acid, lysophosphatidic acid, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, phospha tidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine or phosphatidylglycerol) to mobilize calcium ion in the cell.</p> |
