<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a temporary reverse phenomenon of a generating output when a generator output command value is abruptly varied by temporarily locking the rotating speed control signal input of an excitation controller when an output deviation signal exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A water wheel governor 5 controls the opening of guide vanes 9 of a water wheel 2 on the basis of a deviation P of a generator output command P' and a generator output P and a rotating speed N. An excitation controller 7 controls a cycloconverter 3 which supplies the secondary exciting current of a wound-rotor type induction generator 1 on the basis of a deviation N of a rotating speed command N' and the speed N, a reactive power command Q' and a voltage command V'. On the other hand, a deviation detector 16 operates when the deviation P of the command P' and the output P exceeds a predetermined value to lock the input of the deviation N to the controller 7.</p> |
