A rotary blow moulding machine has space between a transfer table capable of intermittent rotation and located above a machine base and the machine base having lip moulds on three sides on the lower side surfaces which is used as an operation space. The three sides of this working space on the machine base are used as an injection moulding stage, stretch blow moulding stage and take-out stage, respectively. The injection moulding stage is set sideways of the machine base, the stretch blow moulding stage is positioned inside the machine base mould clamp means of the injection moulding stage is implanted diagonally in the longitudinal direction of the machine base. An injection die is disposed in parallel with the side edge of the machine base and at the centre of the mould clamp. An injection device is disposed on the centreline of the injection die crossing diagonally the axis of a tie bar at the centre of the mould clamp of the mould clamp.
