A phase alignment device in an inspection table of a crank shaft is provided to improve the efficiency of inspecting by engaging a safety cover to a handle without rotation of the handle. A phase alignment device in an inspection table of a crank shaft comprises a safety cover(10), a phase alignment unit(40), and a switch(20) operated in case of closing the safety cover. The safety is installed at the front of the inspection table of the crank shaft to be opened and closed. The phase alignment unit is placed at the inspection table of the crank shaft not to close the safety cover in case the phase alignment is not executed. The phase alignment unit consists of a supporter, a fixing bar, a horizontal bar, a guide member, a rotating bar, and a V block. The up and down movement of the rotating bar is executed by a vertical movement guide moved along the guide hole on the guide member. The guide hole and the handle are formed by the same direction with the horizontal bar. The rotation bar penetrates the horizontal bar and the guide member by attaching a handle to the upper end and a moving block to the lower end.
