PURPOSE: To prevent offsetting without using silicone oil and to maintain stable electrical characteristics over a long time by incorporating specified wax into a compsn. CONSTITUTION: This toner compsn. contains a resin such as a styrene-butadiene copolymer, a pigment such as carbon black and sulfur-contg. organopolysiloxane wax contg. >=3mol% siloxane units represented by formula I, >=1mol.% siloxane units represented by formula II or III and 0-96mol% siloxane units represented by formula IV. In the formulae, R is 1-10C hydrocarbon, R<1> is >=25C alkyl on average, R<2> is a 2-10C multivalent group, each of (a) and (d) is 0-2 and each of (b) and (c) is 1 or 2. When an electrostatic charge accelerator is added to this toner compsn., a positive charge type toner compsn. is obtd. |
