A stable, dry, granular peroxyacid bleach composition having particle size of from 500-2000 mu m is disclosed, said composition comprising from 20 to 65% by weight of a solid organic peroxyacid compound, 79.5 to 30% by weight of at least one inert inorganic salt, and from 0.5 to about 6.5% by weight of a non-oxidisable, acidic, polymeric builder. Low to medium temperature bleach detergent compositions comprising a surface-active agent, a detergency builder and said dry granular peroxyacid bleach composition are also disclosed. |
