Hydraulic drums (1) driven by motor (21), rotate in opposite direction against printing drums (2). The paper is printed in many colours through the printing drums (2) and hydraulic drums (1). And the printed paper is cut by the rotary cutter (20). The printing plates (18) are successively fed by the guide chains (10) engaged between chain gears (6) and (9).
