<p>The invention relates to a building containing at least one "clean room". In order to facilitate variations in dimension of the clean room or rooms, a modular construction is envisaged, the ceiling (2) of the building comprising openings, distributed in a regular manner, which connect with the air inlets and outlets, and wall elements (8 to 11), which are easy to displace, have dimensions which are compatible with the network of these openings, and come to be applied in an impervious manner between the ceiling (2) and the floor (1).
