PURPOSE:To prevent the re-intake of the exhaust gas while maintaining the shape of a heated cooking utensil compact by providing intake holes of the cooling air apart from heating sources and guiding the exhaust gas in the preset direction with a ridge-shaped grill plate. CONSTITUTION:Multiple heating sources 13 are arranged on nearly stepped planes, their heating devices 14 are air-cooled via a cooling device 15. A ridge- shaped grill 18 is provided behind the heating sources 13, exhaust holes 19 and intake holes 20 are formed on this slant face. The exhaust holes 19 are provided only on the slant face facing the heating sources 13, and the direction of the exhaust gas is limited to one direction. The intake holes 20 are provided on both slant faces, sufficient intake hole area can be secured without resulting in the size increase of a heater main body 12. The intake holes 20 are arranged apart from the heating sources 13, smoke or the like is prevented from being sucked to the extent possible at the time of cooking. |
