PURPOSE:To increase a space factor and to enhance torque by winding up a flat wire orderly and the winding is loaded on a magnetic pole through a winding spool systematically. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 6 has a magnetic pole 8 opposed to a rotor, and an opposition section 8a to the rotor is formed as a separate body. A base 8b is projected and provided continuously toward the center from a cylindrical section 6a of the stator core 6, and on the top thereof a projected section 8f combined with a recessed section 8e of the opposition section 8a is mounted. A winding 11 to be wound and loaded on the magnetic pole 8 is wound up systematically on a winding spool 12 as a shape of flat wire 11a. The flat wire 11a wound up is pressurized to form so that space factor is increased, and at the same time, an assembly working is made easily. The winding spool 12 is fitted into the base 8b, the opposition section 8a is combined with the base 8b, and the assembly is completed. |
