摘要 PURPOSE:To easily evaluate characteristics by connecting a resistance and an ammeter in series between the electrodes of a solar cell and connecting a high-voltage power source and a voltmeter in parallel to the resistance. CONSTITUTION:The resistance 13 and ammeter 15 are connected in series between the electrodes of the solar cell 11 and the high-voltage power source 12 and voltmeter 14 are connected in parallel to the resistance 13. Then while an AMI solar simulator irradiates the cell 11, the voltage from the power source 12 is raised, little by little, from 0V. A current flowing through the resistance 13 is the sum of a current i1 from the cell 11 and a current i2 from the power source 12 and a voltage V applied to the resistance 13 is V=R(i1+i2). Thus the voltage of the power source 12 is raised to increase the current i2, thereby raising the voltage applied to the cell 11. The current value is measured by the ammeter 15 and the voltage is measured by the voltmeter 14 to obtain voltage-current characteristics.
