PURPOSE:To output ten patterns of driving force on both end shafts, by taking out rotary shaft from the opposite sides and realizing both end driving while integrating the rotary shaft and a coupling shaft. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 produces traveling supersonic vibration in compliance with configuration through a piezoelectric element jointed to the bottom, and driving force is transmitted to a rotor 2 so as to pressurize the stator 1 through a spring 3, a rubber 4 and a hollow rotary shaft 5. The motor is arranged symmetrically with respect to a center housing 9, and thereby multi-mode rotary force can be produced from right and left driving forces through a coupling shaft (connecting rod) 6 at the right and left ends. The rotary mode has such driving characteristics as both end rod free state, both end rod locked state, one rod locked (free) state and the like. |
