PURPOSE:To form a brushless motor with an excellent of cooling by making the air flow of a fin mounted on a rotor only pass through a slot of a stator armature core or an insertion groove for an armature coil only. CONSTITUTION:Fins 30 for supplying an air flow are fixed on a rotary shaft 10 of a brushless motor body 2. An annular magnetic body 19 is formed on the internal perimeter section of a stator armature core 18, and annular projections 20, 21 are formed on the internal surfaces of cover bodies 4 & 5 so as to face the end face of the magnetic body 19. Cooling air passes only through a cooling air path 24 of a stator armature 14 because there exists the magnetic body 19 and the annular projections 20, 21. Therefore, the cooling efficiency is also increased without clogging the part between the rotor and the stator armature by dirt. |
