A plastics safety coupling apparatus using a head is provided to employ a bolt coupling a head with a pressing wheel by using a locking wing and a fixing washer. A plastics coupling apparatus has one front end integrally coupled to a head(11) formed with a packing groove and an insertion groove(12). A packing(30) is inserted into the packing groove and the plastics are coupled the insertion groove so that a protrusion of a pressing wheel(20) presses to maintain water tightness. The head includes a protrusion(15) having an outer circumferential surface formed with a plurality of grooves. The pressing wheel is coupled to the head. The pressing wheel includes a protrusion(25) formed with a plurality of installation grooves. A bolt(23) and a nut(27) are coupled to each other so that a locking wing is positioned at a predetermined position of the head.
