PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a filtering tank and to cool a solvent with good efficiency by connecting a solvent cooling tank to the takeoff pipe pulled out of the lower part of a liquid tank part and providing a filter on the circulation pipe line returning a solvent to the upper part of a cooling tank from the lower part of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A solvent cooling tank 33 is connected to the takeoff pipe line 31 pulled out of the lower part of a liquid tank part 11. Inside this tank 33 the solvent similar to the saturated vapor phase forming solvent 12 of the inside of a vapor tank 10 is stored in advance to cool the high temp. solvent 12 immediately. On the circulation pipe line 44 returned to the upper part from the lower part of the solvent cooling tank 33 the filter 52 made in a cartridge with an active alumina as a filtering material is provided. In case of the operation stoppage all of the solvent 12 are taken out to the solvent cooling tank 33 from the liquid tank 11 and the acid substance of a flux, etc., and impurities are removed by the cooling of the solvent and a filter 52. The removal rate of a flux, etc., is thus increased and the solvent can be cooled with good efficiency. |
