PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and repeatability of an electrophotographic sensitive body by forming a photosensitive layer contg. at least one kind of specified hydrazone compd. on an electroconductive base body. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of hydrazone compd. expressed by formula I is contained in a photosensitive layer 20 formed on an electroconductive base body 1. In formula I, R1 is (substituted)aryl group; each R2-R9 is H, halogen, alkoxy group, alkyl group, nitro group, hydroxy group, aryl group, or (substituted)amino group. By this constitution an electrophotographic sensitive body having high sensitivity and high reputability is obtd. |
