PURPOSE:To obtain the good image characteristics of an org. photosensitive body by using oxalic acid as an electrolyte in executing the treatment in the final stage of an anodic oxidation treatment. CONSTITUTION:The treatment in at least the final stage of the anodic oxidation treatment of a conductive base as a surface treatment is executed by using the electrolyte of oxalic acid. Namely, the treatment in at least the final stage of the anodic oxidation treatment is executed by using the oxalic acid as the electrolyte at the time of forming an anodized film on the surface of the conductive base consisting of aluminum by subjecting the base to the anodic oxidation treatment in order to form a photoconductive layer consisting of an org. material on the surface. The sufficient image characteristics are, therefore, exhibited even if the org. photosensitive body coated and formed with the org. photoconductive layer via the film is used in high-temp. and high-humidity environment. The org. photosensitive body having the excellent image characteristics regardless of service environmental conditions is thereby obtd. |
