The system for providing alarm signal to another subscriber's telephone automatically includes an IC(IC14) for storing another subscriber's telephone number. When the sensor (I) detects the accident, an interface cct. (II) switches on to call up the another subscriber and informs the accident with voice which is provided from ICs (IC8-9) stored the corresponding accident information previously. When a telephone sound detector (III) detects that the line is busy, the cct. (IV) comprising a counter (IC4) and timers (IC5-6) waits for certain time and calls up again until the line is connected.
