PURPOSE:To freely select the working diameter of circular working extending from zero to an arbitrary distance by providing a mechanism for rotation and a mechanism which can move horizontally on a light guiding path. CONSTITUTION:A light guiding path is divided into two parts of A and B, and in the part A, a mechanism for rotating freely around a laser optical axis lby a bearing (a), etc. is provided. Subsequently, in the part B, a mechanism by which laser light 2 reflected by a reflecting mirror 11'' moves horizontally by a bearing (b), etc. being movable in the direction being orthogonal to the laser optical axis l, namely, in the direction 12 parallel to a work 8 is provided. Accordingly, by rotating the mechanism in the part A and moving the mechanism in the direction 12, the distance R between the laser optical axis l, the laser optical axis l' and the laser optical axis l'' can be set freely to an arbitrary length, namely so as to match a working range of the work 8. As a result, the working diameter of circular working can be selected freely from zero to an arbitrary distance, and also, the position of working length can be designed easily and with high accuracy, therefore, the working accuracy is improved remarkably. |
