PURPOSE:To make efficiently and economically a ceramic raw sheet having a number of holes as through-holes, by mixing ceramic material powder with an ultraviolet- or electron-beam-curing resin, coating a carrier tape with this mixture as a slurried mixture and irradiating ultraviolet or electron-beam onto the said mixture except perforated position. CONSTITUTION:A slurried mixture 6 of a ceramic material powder and an uncured liquid of ultraviolet curing resin is fed from a slurry feed pipe 5 into a slurry feed section 4, and applied for coating a carrier tape 2. An ultraviolet irradiation section 8 moves on the carrier tape 2 by means of a drive unit 11 at the same speed as that of the carrier tape 2, and after the said section 8 has moved to the right end, it repeats the motion to return at high speed to the origin where the motion started. Due to a mask 10 a perforated part P is not irradiated with ultraviolet, the mixture 6 remains uncured and the other section is irradiated with ultraviolet and cured. After the irradiation treatment, the carrier tape is wound up on a take-up 3 through an unexposed part removing mechanism 16 spraying a solvent and an unexposed part remover 18 having a solvent vessel 17. |
