PURPOSE:To execute a processing such as the output and deletion of characters and codes such as 'ditto' and ' ' by adding attribution information data consisting of directional information and code information to table format data to execute input processing and edition output processing. CONSTITUTION:Attribution data 2, i.e. directional information 3 and code information 4, are added to table format data 1. The table format data 1 to which the attribution information data 2 are added by a data input device 20 are sent to a data output device 30. In the output device 30, the specific table format data 1 in table data 10 received from the input device 20 are compared with the table format data 1 positioned in a direction indicated by the directional information 3 in the data 2. When both the data coincide with each other, characters or codes indicated by the code information 4 are outputted to a table 40 in stead of the specific data 1. |
