<p>PURPOSE:To improve the intensive extent of a hybrid thick film integrated circuit, by making a hole for light transmission in a ceramic substrate and forming a resistor in a transmitted light, thereby expanding an effective area in an alumina substrate. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower electrodes 4 and 5 are printed and burnt on an alumina substrate 1 where a hole 7 for light transmission is made. when an upper resistor 2 is printed, a resistor paste is led in by applying a negative voltage from a lower part upward. And then, when a lower resistor 3 is printed, the resistor paste is led in by applying the negative voltage to the upper part. Then, these arrangements ensure connection of lead-in 6 of resistor in the hole 7 for light transmission with the lower resistor 3. In this way an effective area in the substrate 1 is expanded and the intensive extent of a hybrid thick film integrated circuit is improved.</p> |
