<p>PURPOSE: To reduce rebound loss at the time of spraying and improve the construction property by supplying silica fume to a dry mixture in an injection nozzle together with water. CONSTITUTION: A dry mixture of cement and sand which are premixed in a bin 1 is transferred to a nozzle 5 through a hose 2 by compressed air 4, and silica fume is supplied to the dry mixture together with water in the nozzle 5. A tank 9 is filled with slurry containing silica fume of 50 wt.% or less, and this slurry is supplied to the nozzle 5 through a water pipe 8. A water ring 6 is provided in the nozzle 5, and the ring 6 is provided with a group of openings 7 for injecting slurry to the dry mixture. Consequently, it is possible to reduce rebound loss of concrete and improve the construction property.</p> |
