<p>PURPOSE:To correctively polish both scroll blades therebetween for equalizing the conformity of both scroll blades by dashing grains between the scroll blade provided on the fixed side holder and the scroll blade provided on the movable side holder. CONSTITUTION:On slide surfaces of a left cover 3 contacting a guide 12 and the fixed side holder 2, the surface of a groove 1a of a body 1 and the surface of a guide 12 is provided a coating layer f of about 5mum thickness of sintered hard alloy or antiwear alloy material such as TiC, TiN, etc. containing WC and Ni like WC-CO, WC-Ni, WC-TiC-Co, etc. When the fixed side holder 2 contacts the guide 12 and gaps g between a scroll blade 16 and the fixed side holder 2 and between a scroll blade 20 and the movable side holder 13 reach about 10mum, the most suitable gasp for a scroll pump is provided.</p> |
