PURPOSE:To shorten a log collecting time by temporarily reading out several words to a storage means to reduce the frequency of shift-out. CONSTITUTION:At the time of generating a fault, the contents of a scratch pad memory 10 are read out to the storage means 60 by the number of words in the storage means 60 and an operation mode is converted into a shift mode to shift out and log all words in the storage means 60. Said operation is repeated to log and collect the contents of the whole words in the memory 10. Thus, the frequency of shift-out can be reduced and the log collecting time can be shortened. |
