PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the use of a programmable logic element by selecting other input signal not relevant to one input signal by means of selector circuit so as to supply the output of a logic circuit defining inversion/ noninversion of the one input signal to the other input signal. CONSTITUTION:An input A is given to a J input of a JK FF 1 among FFs used in the programmable logic element, a clock is given to a clock terminal CK and outputs Q and inverse of output Q subjected to holding are outputted. Moreover, an output of a selector 2 as the selector circuit is connected to a K input of FF 1, an output of an exclusive OR circuit 3 as the logic circuit is supplied to one input of the said selector 2, and an input B is supplied to the other input. Furthermore, the input A is supplied to one input of the circuit 3 and an output of a memory 4 is supplied to the other input to supply a one-bit input for the selection of the selector 2 is fed from a memory 5. Then the inputs A, B are selected programmably, the result is inputted to the K input of the FF 1 thereby eliminating the need for any programmable element. |
