PURPOSE:To reduce an area occupied by a passive bus at the time of forming hardware by folding the layout of wiring in each bit unit. CONSTITUTION:The drawing shows the layout of the folded parts of a semiconductor integrated circuit device on a substrate. The folded structures in each bit are arranged in parallel. Thereby, the passing lines of data bits can be arranged on a straight line on the folded part of by-pass lines and the area occupied by the passive bus can be sharply reduced. Namely, the degree of integration of VLSI can be improved. |
