A portable water filter which is used outdoors comprises a portable case (26) with a lid (27), an upper container (1) with a handle (2), and a lower container (4) with an outlet pipe (24). The upper container is screw-capped on the neck portion of the lower container which has a bottom cover (5) threaded on its bottom brim. The upper container has an upper cover (3), a bubble generator (16) with an air pump (15), a partition (8) having a central hole (9), a bowl-shaped filter (13), and activated carbons filled on a lower perforated plate (12). The lower container has a bowl-shaped filter (17), an ion exchange resin (18) on a perforated partion (19), and a miracle stone (20) on a perforated bottom plate (21) having legs (22).
