PURPOSE:To prevent over-compression from happening in running with predetermined compression ratio or less by providing a discharge port having no check valve in the center of an end plate of a fixed scroll while providing the even number of auxiliary discharge ports having resistance valves in the vicinity of the discharge port. CONSTITUTION:A discharge chamber 16 communicates to a compression chamber 15 through a discharge port 17 and is defined by an end plate 6 of a fixed scroll 5 and an enclosed container 1. The fixed scroll 5 is provided on the end plate 6 with two small diameter auxiliary discharge ports 25, 26 in the vicinity of discharge port 17. The auxiliary discharge ports 25, 26 are provided in openings 25a, 26a of the discharge chamber 16 side with resistance valves 27, 28 which are secured to the end plate 6 at the ends by screws to be pushed open by pressure at the compression chamber 15 side. |
