摘要 PURPOSE:To control a plurality of operation patterns in a stable manner by installing an arithmetic operation means, a gain function generation means, a switch-over means and adjusting the opening of a combustion air flow rate control valve in proportion to the opening calculated by this arithmetic operation means. CONSTITUTION:A gain function generator 31 turns a gain calculated in a computing element 28 into the optimum gain during the starting process from the start to the end, using an actual combustion air flow rate control signal as a variable. In addition, a gain function generator 32 uses the actual combustion air flow rate control signal as a variable and turns the gain calculated in the computing element 28 into the optimum gain during the load operation from the start to the end. Moreover, a relay 33 makes a judgement as to the starting end point of an air supply device from the presence of electric energy available in a fuel cell generation plant. When no electric energy is available, the relay 33 enters the gain signal which is the output of the gain function generator 31 into the computing element 28 as an input signal and enters the gain signal which is the output of the gain function generation generator 32 into the computing element 28 as a gain input signal. This constitution makes it possible to carry out stabilized control based on the optimum gain.
