<p>PURPOSE:To aim at stabilizing the availability by providing such an arrangement that a rear combination lamp held by a robot is paid out onto a conveyer path when an abnormality is detected in a bonding type mounting station, and is mounted manually in a packing type mounting station so as to reduce the possibility of stop of the whole production line. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormality occurs in a bonding type mounting station so that a lamp mounting robot 8 cannot mount a lamp, the abnormality is detected by a detecting means 11, and the robot 8 starts to pay out a lamp onto a conveyer path 10 in accordance with the result of detection. Meanwhile, an indicating device 12 indicates the initiation of the pay-out of the lamp so that the worker 9 can take a preparation beforehand at the downstream end of the conveyer path 10. Further, at the time when the lamp is brought, a bonding type vehicle 2 is conveyed to a packing type mounting station 5, and accordingly, the worker 9 may mount the lamp onto the bonding type vehicle 2 with no substantially movement.</p> |
