PURPOSE:To enable flux remaining on printed circuit board to be eliminated completely by dipping the printed circuit board after mounting electronic parts into the washing tub where jet is produced within washing liquid followed by cleaning. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 9 is provided at the first inner wall 1A and the second inner wall 1B within a washing tub 1 and a jet 6 is produced by jetting a new washing liquid with a temperature of approximately 40 deg.C through a nozzle by the pressure of a compressed pump which is provided, for example, at the outside. Then, a printed circuit board 3 which was subject to pre-washing is dipped vertically. At this time, since the jet 6 of the new washing liquid 5 continuously hits against the first packaging surface 7 and the second packaging surface 8 of the printed circuit board 3, flux adhered to a narrow area between electronic parts and wiring pattern is completely washed away and scientific washing by washing liquid performed simultaneously. It allows vibrating due to the shock of jet, flow pressure, and then friction to be applied to the printed circuit board for drastically improving washing capacity and for drastically reducing washing time by dipping, thus resulting in improved production efficiency. |
