A light emitting diode bulb capable of discharging heat is provided to improve safety by interrupting electric contact with a user by installing a driving circuit inside a heat discharge case and installing an interruption plate between a heat sink and the heat discharge case. A light emitting diode module unit(100) includes at least one light emitting diode(110) and a substrate(120) on which the light emitting diode is positioned. A front case unit(200) wraps the light emitting diode module unit and has holes(210) on a side surface at uniform intervals. A heat sink(300) is provided inside the front case unit and discharges the heat by being made of heat discharging material containing aluminum and copper. A heat discharge case unit is formed on a bottom surface of the heat sink and includes a driving circuit(430) inside, an upper hole(420), and a lateral hole(410). A base unit(500) is formed on a bottom surface of the heat discharge case unit and is connected to an external electric device.
