A key-printer is provided to simplify a printing process by enabling a user to directly input, edit, store and print data through the key-printer without using communication equipment such as a computer, and increase spatial usability and reduce expense burden for buying the communication equipment by requiring the communication device not necessarily. A numeric keyboard(13) and a character keyboard(14) enable a user to input, edit and store contents to be printed. A display unit(11) displays the contents inputted or edited by the user, and the contents are printed in a thermal transfer printing mode and are output through a discharge slot(16). A printing paper inserting unit(15) receives and loads printing paper.
