The pad has two main surfaces, where one of the surfaces rests on an upper surface of a musician seat and the other surface is provided for being a sitting surface. A foam core (2) is provided with two main surfaces (14, 15) in corresponding with the main surfaces of the pad, and different density blocks (24, 25), where the block (25) has high density and the block (24) has low density. Each of the main surfaces of the foam core is an external surface of a different foam block.
