VERTICAL TYPE SCREENING MACHINE FOR GRANULAR MATERIAL

The machine includes a cylindrical screen disposed between an outer housing (10) and an inner rotary drum (21) in concentric manner. Chambers are formed between the screen, housing and drum. Granular material to be screened is supplied to a second chamber between the screen and drum. After moving radially outward through the screen, the small sized material enters the first chamber between the screen and housing. Around the drum is a helical blade (28) to move material towards the drum bottom, for discharge.
