A method for preparing a round-shape squid is presented. Thus, 5kg frozen squid was thawed. The head and the leg parts of the squid were removed. A round-shape rod was inserted into the body of the squid and steamed at 80≦̸C for 1min. The steamed squid was sliced in 0.5cm-thickness, freezed, and packed to give final product. |
