PURPOSE:To enable a situation of seal inferiority to be avoided even in every condition of use by setting a wall part, provided extending in the almost axial line direction of inner and outer cylinder members, in the intermediate in the diametric direction of a seal member. CONSTITUTION:Providing a wall part 6d to be extended in almost the axial line direction set in the intermediate in the diametric direction of a seal member 6, the wall part 6d, by its deformation, absorbs the center displacement between a rigid sleeve 3 and an inner cylinder member 1, enabling a seal surface 6c to be surely closely attached to an end part 1a of the inner cylinder member 1. Consequently, eliminating the necessity for pressing the seal surface 6c to the inner cylinder member end part 1a, the seal surface 6c decreases its surface pressure enabling friction force to be decreased while early wear of the seal surface 6c to be avoided. While even when the relative displacement is generated by plying between the inner cylinder member 1 and the rigid sleeve 3, deforming the wall part 6d following this displacement, because the wall part 6d absorbs the relative displacement, enabling the seal surface 6c to hold its closely attached condition to the inner cylinder end part 1a, seal inferiority can be avoided. |
