摘要 PURPOSE:To promote the reduction of noise generation decreasing a material cost and improving power transmitting efficiency by constituting a planetary gear device integrally forming planetary gears, asymmetry further with a plural quantity, into one member. CONSTITUTION:Surrounding a sun gear 1 by four planet gears 2 rotatably supported by a planet shaft 5 to a carrier 4, the planet gear 2 is further combined with an outer shell internal gear 3. This carrier 4 forms its carrier disks 4a, 4b by plastic, fitting the first protrusive part 10 to a plug part 12 of the second protrusive part 11 to be integrally formed with the planet gear 2 by ultrasonic deposition. While the planet gear 2, being asymmetric having in the central part a planet gear part 8, right and left planet small circular parts 6 and planet large circular parts 7, is integrally molded by plastic. Thus decreasing a material cost, simplifying assembly work and improving power transmitting efficiency, the reduction of noise generation can be promoted.
