A method for preparing the vegetable dioxin degrading agent for the addition of food is provided to decompose the dioxin contained in the food and to convert it into harmless materials. A method for preparing the vegetable dioxin degrading agent for the addition of food comprises the steps of mixing the dried stevia leaves and water, and washing and dehydrating it; mixing the washed stevia leaves and water; extracting it by heating; concentrating it at a low temperature; centrifuging it to separate a solid part; maturing the concentrated solution with ultrasonication for 3-5 hours; and sterilizing it at 50-70 deg.C for 30 min. |
