PURPOSE:To obtain a toner for developing electrostatic images which is fixable at a low temp. without generating offsetting and has excellent blocking resistance by sticking the fine powder of a specific resin onto the particle surfaces of specific binder resin powder and applying mechanical impact force thereto to hold the fine powder of the resin to the particle surfaces of the binder resin powder. CONSTITUTION:The fine powder of the resin having >=50 deg.C glass transition point Tg is stuck to the particle surfaces of the binder resin powder having <=30 Brinell hardness and the mechanical impact force is applied thereto to hold the fine powder of the resin to the particle surfaces of the binder resin powder. The fine powder of the resin is thereby made to exist surely on the surface of the binder resin, by which the resistance to blocking, filming and offsetting is improved and further, the flowability and cleanability are improved.
